Sifu Schultz has a way of explaining things so they make sense very quickly. It makes learning new techniques very easy.

I've been attending chi gong classes for a little over six months. Your mileage will vary, but my overall health has improved, I can walk much better and feel much better overall. It's been a great investment for me.

I was lucky enough to have an opportunity to train here with Sifu Schultz. It was an excellent experience! Everyone was welcoming and eager to share their knowledge. I'm not from the area so I was only there for the weekend, but I was extremely impressed. The credentials of this school are amazing, with many students earning national and international medals in both Wing Chun and Sanda. I could tell that I had merely scratched the surface of what this school had to offer and I am very excited to visit again as soon as possible!
